Flow, breathe, and pose for a hour on Thursday Nights with Slow Flow Yoga. Using your body weight to energize and engage each muscle and each inhale and exhale will relax the mind. Feel empowered in each yoga pose, while flowing from pose to pose. Modifications and alternative poses will be offered throughout class. Also hands on assists and adjustments will be offered throughout class. This class is great for new yogis and very seasoned yogis.
